CUSTOM ORDERS
Production Time
All Casa Mimido custom pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted.Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for production. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and other factors.Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Time
Shipping times are calculated separately at checkout and do not include production time.Once your custom piece is completed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both custom and non-custom items, all items will be shipped together once the custom piece is completed.
Important Notes
- Custom items are made specifically for you and are final sale
- Orders cannot be modified once placed
- Custom items are not eligible for promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, destination, and selected shipping method.
We do not fulfill orders via drop shipping.
Shipping Time Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 8–14 business days to most major cities worldwide
- Remote Areas / Non-metro Locations: Approximately 14–20 business days via EMS or equivalent postal services

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/Armed Forces addresses.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $400 USD, unless otherwise stated.
TAXES & DUTIES
Casa Mimido does not cover any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your local government.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
Casa Mimido is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges caused by customs. Orders affected by customs clearance issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
All prices are listed in USD. Please consider your local currency exchange rates when placing your order.
Country-Specific Notes
- Australia: Orders include GST. Orders over $1000 AUD may incur additional import duties
- Singapore: GST/VAT is charged at checkout. Please retain your order confirmation for customs reference
- United States: Orders over $800 USD may be subject to import duties
- Canada: Duties and taxes are payable upon delivery
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please note that tracking details are only available after your order has been dispatched.
Your order status will remain as “Order Received” during production and will update once shipped.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Casa Mimido is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Casa Mimido is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
We are also not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Please carefully review your shipping details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped
- Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping fees
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returned packages may be subject to a restocking fee
