If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours.

After this window, your order may already be in production — which means changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

 

Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)

All custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.

Each piece is uniquely created based on your submitted photos and preferences, making it impossible to resell or reproduce.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, proportions, and details may occur ✨

Minor imperfections such as:

• small bubbles
• slight uneven coloring
• tiny surface marks
• subtle paint inconsistencies

are considered part of the charm of handmade art toys and not defects.

Please note that dissatisfaction based on personal preference — including likeness, artistic interpretation, or expectations — does not qualify for a refund.

NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

 

We hope you love your Casa Mimido products. However, if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and unopened
• Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned

Due to the high cost of international shipping:

• We do not offer exchanges for international orders
• Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs, or as store credit

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
